We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If things don't go as planned, here is how we can help:
Returns
- Perishables: Due to health and safety regulations, fresh produce, frozen goods, and dairy products can only be returned at the point of delivery if they are found to be damaged or spoiled.
- Non-Perishables: Groceries, household items, and electronics can be returned within 48 hours of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened packaging with all tags intact.
Conditions for Return
- A valid original receipt or electronic invoice must be presented.
- The item must not have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Innerwear, swimwear, and personal hygiene products are not eligible for return for health reasons.
Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund via the original payment method or as store credit.
- Bank reversals may take 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
Note: Delivery fees for returned items are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
